Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. in Lake Placid, FL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our private duty/home health care team. You will work with one patient for your entire shift, learning their needs and routines.

As a CNA or HHA, you will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and help improve quality of life. We offer paid training, weekly pay, and a full benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold FL State CNA or HHA cert from a 75-hour training program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Social Security Card.
• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card.
• TB Test (2-step within 12 months or QuantiFERON within 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring.
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems for reporting.
• Provide light housekeeping duties and meal preparation.
• Monitor patient vitals (pulse, temperature, respiration).
• Engage patients to improve quality of life through conversation and activities.

$22.00 per hour

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic, growing home healthcare team! You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled CNA or HHA, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration.
• FL State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75 hour training program
