Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home healthcare team in Lake Placid, Florida. You will work with one patient per shift performing ADLs, monitoring comfort, and supporting wellbeing.

Shifts are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9 AM–12 PM. Benefits include paid training, weekly pay, medical/dental/401K, and a referral program; requires FL CNA or HHA cert, CPR, and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• FL State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75 hour training program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Social Security Card.
• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card.
• TB Test (2-step within 12 months OR QuantiFERON within 5 years)

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report to supervisor or case manager.
• Light house-keeping duties (laundry, cleaning, meals).
• Engage with patients to enhance quality of life and mental stimulation.
• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration.

You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled CNA or HHA, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.

• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.

• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.

• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.

• Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration.
