Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate CNA/HHA to join our private duty home health care team in Estero, FL. You will care for one patient per shift, perform ADLs, caregiving activities, and monitor health indicators.

The role includes light housekeeping, relationship-building, and providing quality life-enhancing care. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, 401K, PTO, AFLAC options, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Florida State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75 hour training program is required.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• Social Security Card is required.
• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card are required.
• TB Test (2-step within 12 months or QuantiFERON within 5 years) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Support mobility by assisting with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress or problems and report to supervisor.
• Provide light housekeeping: changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, and meal prep.

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic, growing home healthcare team! You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled CNA or HHA, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration.
• FL State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75 hour training program
• Current CPR Certification
• Social Security Card
