Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our home healthcare team in Lake Placid, FL. You will work one patient for the full shift, focusing on daily living activities, comfort, and overall well-being.

The role requires FL State CNA or HHA certification (75-hour program) and current CPR certification. Training is provided, with weekly pay and a full benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification from a recognized program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Social Security Card and driver’s license/auto insurance.
• TB test or QuantiFERON requirement.
• TB test (2-step in last 12 months or QuantiFERON in last 5 years).

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring.
• Provide light housekeeping such as laundry, cleaning, and meal prep.
• Engage patients through conversations and activities to support mental stimulation.

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic, growing home healthcare team! You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled CNA or HHA, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration.
• FL State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75 hour training program
• Current CPR Certification
• Social Security Card
• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card
• TB Test (2-step within the last 12 months OR QuantiFERON within 5 years)
