Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our home healthcare team in Fort Myers, FL. You will work with one patient per shift, assisting with ADLs, mobility, and daily living activities to improve quality of life.

Requirements include FL CNA or HHA certification, CPR, and up-to-date TB test or QuantiFERON. Paid training, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have Florida CNA certification or HHA certificate.
• Current CPR certification.
• Social Security Card, Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card.
• TB Test (2-step within 12 months OR QuantiFERON within 5 years)

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report to supervisor or case manager.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light housekeeping duties: changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
• Engage patients to enhance quality of life through conversation and activities.

$22.00 per hour

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic, growing home healthcare team! You will work with ONE PATIENT for your complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. As a skilled CNA or HHA, you will assist patients with daily living activities, ensure their comfort, and support their overall well-being to enhance their quality of life.

• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager.
• Support mobility by assisting patients with lifting and transferring as needed.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Light house-keeping duties, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
• Enhancing quality of life and building relationships with patients through conversation, doing activities together, and finding stimulation to keep them mentally healthy and alert.
• Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration.
• FL State CNA Certification or HHA certificate from a 75 hour training program
• Current CPR Certification
• Social Security Card
• Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Card
• TB Test (2-step within the last 12 months OR QuantiFERON within 5 years)
