Guardian Angel Home Care Inc. is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) and CNAs for immediate openings. This field-based role requires traveling between patient homes in the local service area to provide compassionate patient care.

Ideal candidates hold an active HHA or CNA certification, a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and insurance with their name listed on the policy. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available with competitive hourly pay and standard benefits.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Help with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping related to patient care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate with nurses and other members of the clinical team.
• Travel between patient homes throughout the local service area.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Active HHA OR CNA Certification — REQUIRED
• Experience in home health, hospice, or caregiving preferred
• Reliable, compassionate, and dependable
• Ability to work independently in patient homes
• Reliable attendance and professional communication

Transportation Requirements

This is a field-based home health position, and travel between patient homes is required.

You MUST have:

• A valid driver’s license
• Your own reliable vehicle
• Your name listed on the auto insurance policy

Transportation is not provided by the company.
