Guardian Angel Home Care is actively seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) and CNAs for immediate openings. This field-based role requires travel between patient homes across the local service area in California.

Active certification, reliable transportation, and dependable attendance are essential. Join a compassionate team delivering in-home care, supporting daily living activities, mobility, meals, and emotional well-being for patients.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Help with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping related to patient care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate with nurses and other members of the clinical team.
• Travel between patient homes throughout San Diego County.

• Active HHA OR CNA Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Current auto insurance with YOUR NAME listed on the policy

Transportation Requirements

This is a field-based home health position, and travel between patient homes is required.

You MUST have:

• A valid driver’s license
• Your own reliable vehicle
• Your name listed on the auto insurance policy

Transportation is not provided by the company.
