Guardian Angel Home Care is actively seeking an Home Health Aide (HHA) / CNA to join our field-based team serving patients in the San Diego County area. Immediate openings require certification and reliable transportation for travel between patient homes.

The role focuses on compassionate in-home care, companionship, and coordination with nurses and clinicians to monitor patient conditions and support daily living activities.

Qualificações

• Must hold an active HHA or CNA certification.
• Experience in home health, hospice, or caregiving preferred.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dependable.
• Ability to work independently in patient homes.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Help with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping related to patient care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate with nurses and other members of the clinical team.
• Travel between patient homes throughout San Diego County.

• Reliable attendance and professional communication

Transportation Requirements

This is a field-based home health position, and travel between patient homes is required.

You MUST have:

• A valid driver’s license
• Your own reliable vehicle
• Your name listed on the auto insurance policy
