Guardian Angel Home Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) / CNAs for immediate openings. This field-based role requires travel to patients' homes within the local service area and offers competitive hourly pay with full‑time and part‑time opportunities.

You must hold an active HHA or CNA certification, a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and insurance in your name. Join our compassionate team to provide essential in-home care and companionship.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.

• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate with nurses and other members of the clinical team.
• Travel between patient homes throughout San Diego County.

What We’re Looking For

• Active HHA OR CNA Certification — REQUIRED
• Experience in home health, hospice, or caregiving preferred
• Reliable, compassionate, and dependable
• Ability to work independently in patient homes
• Reliable attendance and professional communication

Transportation Requirements

This is a field-based home health position, and travel between patient homes is required.

You MUST have:

• A valid driver’s license
• Your own reliable vehicle
• Your name listed on the auto insurance policy

Transportation is not provided by the company.
