Job summary

Guardian Angel Home Care is a rapidly growing home health agency dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care in patients' homes across the local service area. Immediate openings for Home Health Aides (HHA) or CNAs are available, with travel between patient homes required throughout the service area in California.

Qualifications

• Active HHA or CNA certification is mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable personal vehicle and name listed on auto insurance policy.
• Home health, hospice, or caregiving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Help with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping related to patient care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate with nurses and other members of the clinical team.
• Travel between patient homes throughout the local service area.

What We’re Looking For

• Active HHA OR CNA Certification — REQUIRED
• Experience in home health, hospice, or caregiving preferred
• Reliable, compassionate, and dependable
• Ability to work independently in patient homes
• Reliable attendance and professional communication

Transportation Requirements

This is a field-based home health position, and travel between patient homes is required.

You MUST have:

• A valid driver’s license
• Your own reliable vehicle
• Your name listed on the auto insurance policy

Transportation is not provided by the company.
