Guardian Angel Home Care is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) / CNAs for immediate openings in the San Diego County area. This field-based role requires active HHA or CNA certification, a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance listing your name.

You will travel between patient homes across the local service area, providing compassionate in-home care and support. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and

• Communicate with nurses and other members of the clinical team.
• Travel between patient homes throughout San Diego County.

What We’re Looking For

• Active HHA OR CNA Certification — REQUIRED
• Experience in home health, hospice, or caregiving preferred
• Reliable, compassionate, and dependable
• Ability to work independently in patient homes
• Reliable attendance and professional communication

Transportation Requirements

This is a field-based home health position, and travel between patient homes is required.

You MUST have:

• A valid driver’s license
• Your own reliable vehicle
• Your name listed on the auto insurance policy

Transportation is not provided by the company.
