Job summary

Guardian Angel Home Care in San Diego is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) / CNAs for immediate openings. This field-based role requires traveling between patients' homes throughout the local service area.

You must hold an active HHA or CNA certification, valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance with your name on policy. We offer competitive hourly pay and full- and part-time opportunities with benefits.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Active HHA OR CNA Certification — REQUIRED
• Experience in home health, hospice, or caregiving preferred
• Reliable, compassionate, and dependable
• Ability to work independently in patient homes
• Reliable attendance and professional communication

Transportation Requirements

This is a field-based home health position, and travel between patient homes is required.

You MUST have:

• A valid driver’s license
• Your own reliable vehicle
• Your name listed on the auto insurance policy
