Job summary

Guardian Angel Home Care Inc. is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) / CNA for immediate openings. This field-based role requires travel between patient homes in the local service area, with full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Applicants must hold an active HHA or CNA certification, a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance with their name listed. Experience in home health or caregiving is preferred, and reliability and compassionate care are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.

• Perform light housekeeping related to patient care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate with nurses and other members of the clinical team.
• Travel between patient homes throughout the local service area.

Transportation Requirements

This is a field-based home health position, and travel between patient homes is required.

• Your own reliable vehicle
• Your name listed on the auto insurance policy
