Guardian Angel Home Care is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) / CNAs for immediate openings across San Diego County. This field-based role requires active HHA or CNA certification, a valid driver's license, your own reliable vehicle, and insurance in your name. Travel between patient homes is mandatory.

Join a dedicated team delivering compassionate in-home care with a strong emphasis on safety, independence, and professional communication with nurses and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health, hospice, or caregiving preferred.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dependable.
• Ability to work independently in patient homes.
• Reliable attendance and professional communication.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Help with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping related to patient care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate with nurses and other members of the clinical team.
• Travel between patient homes throughout San Diego County.

Transportation Requirements

This is a field-based home health position, and travel between patient homes is required.

You MUST have:

• A valid driver’s license
• Your own reliable vehicle
• Your name listed on the auto insurance policy
