Guardian Angel Home Care is seeking Home Health Aide (HHA) / CNA with immediate openings in the Sacramento area. This field-based role involves traveling between patient homes to provide compassionate care in patients' own residences.

You must hold an active HHA or CNA certification, have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, and maintain auto insurance with your name on the policy. Competitive hourly pay and full/part-time opportunities are available.

• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate with nurses and other members of the clinical team.
• Travel between patient homes throughout the local service area.

Transportation Requirements

This is a field-based home health position, and travel between patient homes is required.

You MUST have:

• A valid driver’s license
• Your own reliable vehicle
• Your name listed on the auto insurance policy

Transportation is not provided by the company.
