Job summary

Guardian Angel Home Care Inc. is seeking qualified Home Health Aides (HHA) or CNAs for immediate openings in California. This field-based role requires travel between patient homes within San Diego County and offers both full-time and part-time opportunities.

A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance in the applicant’s name are mandatory. Active HHA or CNA certification is required, with experience in home health or caregiving preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Communicate with nurses and other clinical team members.
• Travel between patient homes throughout San Diego County.

Transportation Requirements

This is a field-based home health position, and travel between patient homes is required.
