Angels Care Home Health is seeking an Account Executive to drive referral growth and admissions across a US territory. You will cultivate relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other providers to connect patients with high-quality home health services.

Ideal candidates bring healthcare sales experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage diverse referral networks while meeting monthly goals. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Proven success in healthcare sales, preferably within home health, hospice, or post-acute care.
• Strong understanding of home health eligibility, referral processes, and payer source requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources across the territory, including physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and community partners.
• Present and promote home health services, emphasizing patient eligibility, payer source options, and seamless transitions of care.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into active referral partnerships.
• Educate healthcare providers on coverage, regulations, and admission criteria for home health.
• Maintain CRM records, track activity, document calls, and report outcomes consistently.
