Angels Care Home Health is seeking an Account Executive to drive referral growth and admissions, building strong partnerships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other providers. You will promote home health services and navigate payer sources to facilitate seamless transitions of care.

The role requires exceptional relationship-building skills, knowledge of post-acute care, and the ability to meet monthly admission goals while collaborating with clinical and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Proven success in healthcare sales, preferably within home health, hospice, or post-acute care.
• Strong understanding of home health eligibility, referral processes, and payer source requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources across the territory, including physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and community partners.
