Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking an Account Executive to drive referral growth and admissions across the territory. You will build strong partnerships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other providers, promoting home health services and guiding patients through the admission process.

This role requires exceptional relationship-building, knowledge of post-acute care, and ability to work independently while meeting monthly goals.

Qualifications

• Proven success in healthcare sales.
• Strong understanding of home health eligibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources across the territory.
• Promote home health services, emphasizing payer sources and transitions of care.
• Identify new business opportunities and create ongoing partnerships.
• Educate providers on coverage, regulations, and admission criteria.
• Collaborate with clinical/operations teams to ensure smooth admissions and satisfaction.
• Attend meetings and consistently meet monthly admission goals.
• Maintain CRM records and report outcomes.
