Zusammenfassung

Angels Care Home Health is seeking an Account Executive to drive referral growth across Wichita and surrounding territories. You will present and promote home health services, educate providers on eligibility, payer sources, and admissions criteria, and convert referrals into admissions with strong clinical collaboration.

The role demands excellent relationship-building, strategic outreach, and the ability to meet monthly admission goals while maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting

Qualifikationen

Proven success in healthcare sales, preferably in home health, hospice, or post-acute care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with physicians and providers.
Strong understanding of payer sources and patient eligibility.

Aufgaben

Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources across the territory.
Promote home health services and educate providers on eligibility and payer sources.
Identify new business opportunities and convert referrals into admissions.
Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth admissions.
Attend required meetings and consistently meet monthly admission goals.
Maintain accurate CRM records and report outcomes to leadership.
