Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking an Account Executive to drive referral growth and admissions across a Midland, TX territory. You will build strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and other providers to connect patients with high-quality home health services.

The role requires excellence in relationship management, knowledge of traditional Medicare and Medicare Advantage, and a track record of meeting monthly admission goals.

Qualifications

• Proven success in healthcare sales, preferably within home health, hospice, or post-acute care.
• Strong understanding of home health eligibility, referral processes, and payer source requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources across the territory, including physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and community partners.
• Present and promote home health services, emphasizing patient eligibility, payer source options, and seamless transitions of care.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into active, ongoing referral partnerships.
• Educate healthcare providers on the benefits and appropriate use of home health, ensuring understanding of coverage, regulations, and admission criteria.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth admissions and patient satisfaction.
