Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks an Account Executive for Home Health in Salisbury, MD. You will drive sales, manage key accounts, and grow referrals across the Salisbury region, while collaborating with leadership to align payer mix and service delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of sales in healthcare, with strong relationship-building and communication skills to support patient care and agency growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or more than 2 years of sales experience.
• Experience in business development or healthcare-related role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow market share by sustaining and expanding key accounts and by identifying new referral sources.
• Meet with and educate referral sources about services and in-service offerings.
• Educate referral sources on documentation and admission criteria for home care services.
• Collaborate with leadership to align payer mix with company expectations.
• Execute strategies to increase market share through account development.
• Provide guidance to referral sources and internal staff to ensure quality service.
