Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Home Health Account Executive in Mountain View, AR to drive growth by strengthening existing accounts and cultivating new referral sources. You will work with agency leadership to align strategies and ensure compliant documentation for admissions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of sales experience, with healthcare development experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or 2+ years of sales experience.
• Successful experience in business development or healthcare-related role.

Responsibilities

• Increase market share by growing key accounts and developing new referral sources within an assigned territory.
• Meet with and educate referral sources about the agency services, providing in-service.
• Educate referral sources on documentation, including Face-to-Face, and admission criteria for home care.
• Collaborate with leadership to align payer mix with company expectations.
• Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategies to expand market share through account development.
• Provide professional guidance to referral sources and internal staff to ensure quality service.
