Job summary

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Sales Executive to drive growth in a designated territory by engaging physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners, and case managers. You will build relationships, develop business plans, and prioritize accounts aligned with the market plan.

You will gather insights, input on service lines, and assist with proposals and pricing while presenting the company capabilities to referral sources. Some travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or health-related science or equivalent with at least two years healthcare sales experience.
• Excellent selling, organizational, problem-solving skills and ability to present capabilities to referral sources.
• Healthcare sales experience preferred (SNFs, DME, ortho, cardio) or experience as a clinical liaison.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills; MS Office proficiency.
• Willingness and ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities’ management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote homecare services.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare business plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts in accordance with the market sales plan.
• Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on key customer opportunities, service line extensions and proposal or contract pricing.
