CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Account Executive to grow referrals and manage accounts in the designated territory. You will call on physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners, and case managers to promote services and nurture relationships.

Strong CRM and Office skills are essential, with a background in health sales preferred. This patient-facing role requires travel within the territory and adherence to company TB screening protocols.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science plus two years health care sales experience.
• Experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; clinical liaison ok.
• CRM experience and sales outreach familiarity preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers to promote home health services and build referral relationships.
• Prepare business plans and maintain target lists; prioritize accounts per market plan.
• Gather and organize account data and provide input on opportunities.
• Report to a Market Executive of Sales.
