Job summary

West Elm is seeking a Lead, Sales (Key Holder) to inspire customers and bring the brand to life in our Pasadena store. You will help customers discover products that fit their entertaining style and drive sales by building lasting relationships.

The role requires 1-3 years of retail sales with supervisory exposure and 1-2 years in home design or visual merchandising. Full-time availability and a commitment to customer-first service are essential.

Qualifications

1-3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision preferred.
1-2 years experience in home related design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Create engaging experiences for customers by sharing expertise on enhancing your home.
Provide daily support to the management team by performing opening and closing routines, register functions and back office procedures.
Provide supervision to ensure store is meeting financial goals and associates are providing World-Class service to our guests.
Ensure store meets visual, replenishment, cleanliness, safety and back of house standards during manage-on-duty shifts.
Perform the Selling Captain role, serving as a role model for sales associates in sales generation and customer service by making the customer experience the priority.
