You will drive sales, supervise daily operations, and model world-class service while maintaining store standards, visuals, and teamwork. The anticipated pay range is $22.00-$25.00 per hour, with full-time and part-time flexible scheduling options and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication, organization and leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal example.
• 1–3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in home design, visual merchandising, or stockroom preferred.

Aufgaben

• Create engaging experiences for customers by sharing expertise on enhancing your home.
• Provide daily support to the management team with opening/closing routines and register functions.
• Supervise store operations to meet financial goals and deliver world-class service.
• Ensure store meets visual, replenishment, cleanliness, safety, and back-of-house standards.
• Serve as Selling Captain, role-modeling sales and customer service.
• Foster a fair, respectful team environment aligned with People First Philosophy.
