The role involves supervising daily store operations, supporting management, and ensuring high levels of service while upholding our People First philosophy and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to motivate and guide sales associates.
• Retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging customer experiences by sharing home styling expertise.
• Support management with opening/closing routines and back-office tasks.
• Supervise store operations to meet financial goals and service standards.
• Maintain visual, replenishment, cleanliness and safety during shifts.
• Act as Selling Captain, role-modeling sales and customer care.
