Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Home Therapy Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of RN experience and a willingness to train in dialysis.

The role involves training patients for home dialysis and in-center care, with a weekday schedule and on-call responsibilities where needed. Candidates must hold a current RN license, CPR certification, and have 12 months of clinical nursing experience (3 months in home dialysis preferred).

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state.
• 12 months of clinical nursing experience; 3 months in the specific dialysis modality (home dialysis preferred).
• CPR certification required prior to patient care assignment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and use basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide home dialysis training for patients and care partners, in-center and at home as needed.
• Perform home visits to assess patient home environment and ongoing care needs.
• Document nursing services in the EMR, including training sessions and patient interactions.
• Coordinate with physicians and care teams; monitor and report patient status and lab values.
• Participate in on-call nursing rotations nights and weekends as required.
