Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Home Therapy Nurse to train patients in home hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis and provide ongoing support. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic setting with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call duties as needed.

Responsibilities include patient and care partner training, home evaluations, and thorough documentation in the EMR. CPR certification and valid RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• Experience in home dialysis training preferred.
• CPR certification required prior to patient care assignment.

Responsibilities

• Train patients and care partners in home hemo or peritoneal dialysis.
• Coordinate home evaluations and ensure equipment readiness.
• Perform on-call nursing duties as needed.
• Document nursing services in the EMR and communicate with the care team.
• Monitor patient status and ensure high-quality outcomes.
