Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
• Must meet the practice requirements in the state in which employed.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Educate and train patients on home dialysis training and treatment therapy.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Administer prescribed medications and manage safe delivery of dialysis therapy.
• Direct and support home dialysis training for patients and Home Partners.
