Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in Portland, ME is seeking a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers to express themselves in their home. You’ll assist customers and complete sales at the cash wrap, promoting continued engagement with the Brand and driving store sales.

You will utilize design expertise in one-on-one consultations, measure spaces, present design plans, and demonstrate product knowledge across the studio assortment to help clients realize their vision.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.
• Strong communication and clienteling skills.
• Experience in design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home to drive store sales.
• Accurately measure and assess clients' living spaces for design plans.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and space.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions to achieve sales goals.
• Provide exemplary service including gift wrap, registry, orders and deliveries.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across the design studio assortment.
