Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers and close sales at the cash wrap. You will promote ongoing engagement and keep customers connected with the Brand.

Responsibilities include one-on-one consultations, in-home measurements, creating design plans, and leveraging current promotions to meet sales and productivity goals. Strong product knowledge and service excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and clienteling skills essential for building relationships with customers.
• Ability to coordinate and complete complex large orders across sales channels.
• 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience, specialty retail preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize design expertise to assist clients in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home to drive store sales.
• Perform in-home consultations including measuring and assessing living spaces.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs, style, and space.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to achieve sales and productivity goals.
• Assist customers with services including gift wrap, gift registry, catalog/internet orders, special orders, back orders, charge sends, courier deliveries, and furniture orders.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge of the design studio assortment.
