Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers to express themselves in their home and to close sales at the cash wrap. You will promote ongoing engagement and keep customers connected with the brand.

The role emphasizes design expertise, customer service excellence, and knowledge of promotions to meet sales and productivity goals, with flexible full-time or part-time weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.
• Strong communication and clienteling skills.
• Experience working with design elements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize design expertise to assist clients in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home to drive store sales.
• Perform in-home consultations including accurate measurement of living spaces.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and space.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to achieve goals.
• Assist customers with services including gift wrap, registry, catalog/internet orders, and furniture orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of the design studio assortment.
