Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Designer to help customers envision possibilities across in-store and in-home consultations, driving sales and elevating design experiences. You will create moodboards, 2D/3D floor plans, and client presentations, lead design consultations, and ensure timely delivery while aligning with brand standards.

A collaborative team environment, strong communication, and knowledge of design trends are essential to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Furniture Sales or Home Decor Design or retail/customer service.
• Experience working one-on-one with clients and recommending solutions.
• Proficient in Google platforms, virtual communication, and design tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and provide enriched customer interactions in-store, in-home, and virtually.
• Create moodboards, 2D & 3D floor plans, product lists, and client presentations.
• Lead design consultations in person or virtually and deliver projects on time.
• Understand brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel (Store, E‑Commerce, Catalog).
• Communicate product information and stay informed about trends; deliver results aligned with KPIs and service goals.
