Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a designer to help customers envision possibilities for home design and furnishings. You will guide clients from concept to finished design, using moodboards, 2D and 3D floor plans, and detailed product lists.

You will drive sales and engagement, promote design programs, and maintain brand standards on the selling floor, on-site and via virtual channels. Strong communication and a passion for design are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in furniture sales or home decor design is preferred.
• Ability to create moodboards and design presentations for clients.
• Proficient use of design tools for in-store, in-home or virtual consultations.
• Strong communication to translate brand aesthetics and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer engagement through elevated design offerings.
• Lead design consultations in store, in-home, or virtually.
