Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Designer to drive sales and customer engagement through expert design consultations in-store, in-home, and virtually. You will develop moodboards, 2D/3D floor plans, and tailored design packages that align with brand standards and merchandising strategy.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with store and design teams, maintain strong client relationships, and stay current with design trends and product information.

Qualifications

• Drive sales by delivering an elevated design experience and engaging customers on the sales floor.
• Create moodboards and 2D/3D floor plans and product lists for client presentations.
• Lead design consultations in-store, in-home, or virtually via email/phone/video.
