Job summary

Crate & Barrel seeks a Designer to help customers envision possibilities across home design trends. You will guide clients in furnishing entire homes or individual pieces, delivering moodboards, 2D & 3D floor plans, and polished design presentations in-store, in-home, or virtually.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Furniture Sales or Home Decor Design.
• Experience working one-on-one with clients and recommending solutions.
• Proficient in Google platforms and virtual communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a differentiated customer experience through in-store, in-home, and virtual consultations.
• Create moodboards and 2D/3D floor plans and present design solutions to customers.
• Lead design consultations in person or remotely and deliver projects within timelines.
