Job summary

Crate & Barrel seeks a Designer to guide customers in furnishing spaces, from whole-home to accents, using moodboards and 2D/3D plans. You will help drive sales and deliver tailored design experiences on the floor, in-home, and virtually.

You’ll work with store teams to showcase design services, stay current with trends, and build lasting client relationships through thoughtful service and design expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience in furniture sales or home decor design preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in furniture sales/home decor or retail.
• Strong communication and clienteling abilities.
• Proficiency with Google platforms and virtual communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and create elevated design offerings in store, in-home, and virtually.
• Create moodboards and 2D/3D floor plans for client presentations.
• Lead design consultations in person, via email, phone or virtual.
• Deliver projects on time within timelines.
• Maintain brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel.
