Job summary

Crate & Barrel Designers help customers envision home design possibilities, guiding purchases from full-home projects to single accents. Designers use 2D/3D tools for moodboards and floor plans, conducting in-store, in-home, and virtual consultations to deliver personalized design packages and a premier shopping experience.

They drive sales by promoting programs, leveraging leads, and maintaining a strong salesfloor presence, while collaborating with store and design teams to meet business goals

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in furniture sales or home décor design
• Experience working one-on-one with clients and recommending solutions
• Proficient in Google platforms and virtual communication; design tool experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a differentiated customer experience in-store, in-home, and virtually
• Lead design consultations and create moodboards, 2D & 3D floor plans, and client presentations
• Develop design packages to brand standards and ensure timely follow-up
• Maintain product presentation and collaborate with store and design teams to support goals
• Build long-lasting client relationships through networking and clienteling
• Stay informed on design trends and product information to advise customers
