Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Home Consultant to guide customers through floor plan selection and options, coordinating the construction process to deliver a world-class home buying experience. You will demonstrate model homes, set appointments, and maintain strong customer relationships.

This full-time role offers a $50k base salary plus commissions, opportunities for career growth, and a comprehensive benefits package. Saturday availability is required in this role.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relationship-driven sales preferred.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to walk the lot and show homes in all seasons.
• Subject to criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in selecting floor plans and options.
• Coordinate the construction process and schedule showings.
• Set appointments from CRM and leads to visits.
• Maintain customer files and timely follow-up with buyers.
• Participate in sales meetings, training opportunities and company events.
• Merchandising and maintain appearance of models and homes.
