Clayton Homes in Brookshire, TX is hiring a Home Consultant to guide customers through choosing a floor plan, options, and coordinating construction. You will deliver a world-class home buying experience and help convert inquiries into showroom visits.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relationship-driven business-to-consumer sales.
• Ability to obtain manufactured home sales licensing.
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to work Saturdays and show homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to identify a floor plan and options.
• Coordinate construction process and schedule site visits.
• Demonstrate homes and features to buyers.
• Set appointments from leads and convert inquiries to visits.
• Follow up with customers using the CRM system.
