Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a results-oriented sales professional to lead consultative selling of high-efficiency HVAC and water heater options. You will work with incoming leads and your own pipeline to close sales, while collaborating with our technical team during on-site visits to tailor solutions.

The role emphasizes customer education, relationship building, and driving growth, with base salary plus commission and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

Education must include a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree or relevant sales certs are preferred.
2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in direct-to-consumer selling.
Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to educate customers and present technical concepts clearly.
Commitment to high-quality, customer-focused service.
