Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant to diagnose customer needs and offer high-efficiency HVAC and water heater solutions. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, education, and relationship management to maximize success through internal leads and self-generation.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to educate customers on technical concepts, with a flexible schedule

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A Bachelor’s degree or related professional sales certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience, with preference for direct-to-consumer selling.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling: Present tailored comfort options for high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems to customers.
• Build lasting relationships through a customer-focused approach, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Drive growth by working both incoming internal leads and your own prospect pipeline to close sales.
• Partner with technical team during site visits to tailor solutions to the home’s requirements.
• Remain a market expert, staying updated on trends and energy-efficient technology.
