Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant (RSC) in Fort Wayne, IN. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, education, and relationship management to close HVAC and water heater opportunities.

You’ll leverage warm leads and your own prospect pipeline, work with our technical team on site visits, and stay informed on energy-efficient technology. A 2+ year sales background and a valid driver’s license are required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably direct-to-consumer (B2C).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling: present tailored comfort options for high-efficiency HVAC and water heater systems.
• Customer experience champion: build lasting relationships with customers.
• Sales generation: close sales using internal leads and your own pipeline.
• Onsite collaboration: work with technical team during home site visits.
• Industry expertise: stay updated on energy-efficient tech and service methods.
