Service Experts is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant to diagnose comfort needs and present tailored HVAC and water heater solutions. This outside sales role balances consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management with internal warm leads and self-generation.

You will collaborate with the technical team on site visits to tailor solutions to each home, aiming for 100% satisfaction and ongoing client retention. A valid driver’s license and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or related professional sales certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of proven sales experience, with preference for direct-to-consumer selling.
• Strong business development abilities, negotiation skills, and ability to close sales.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to educate customers and translate concerns into solutions.

Responsabilités
