Job summary

Southern Home Services Corp. is seeking a dynamic Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional to drive growth in residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical services.

You will present equipment options, close deals, and build lasting relationships with homeowners while traveling to customer locations, evenings and weekends as needed. No HVAC experience required; we provide top-notch training and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong ability to build and maintain trusting customer relationships.
• Proficient with PC and basic sales tools.
• Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends to maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Engage new, current, and past customers with home comfort solutions.
• Communicate effectively during in-home conversations to present best equipment/service options.
• Conduct follow-up to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Collaborate with service technicians to present and recommend equipment and services for customers' homes.
