Job summary

Southern Home Services is seeking a Home Comfort Advisor/Outside Sales Professional to grow our residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical service base. You will team with service technicians to present equipment and service options for customers’ homes and close deals

The role offers training, competitive commissions, and a path to higher earnings with proven performance. Flexible schedules and travel to client sites are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Proficient with PC and sales tools to streamline processes.
• Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
• Available to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Interact with new, current, and previous customers with home comfort solutions.
• Communicate effectively during in-home conversations to save on utilities and improve comfort.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Additional duties as assigned.
