Job summary

Southern Home Services is seeking a dynamic Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional to join our growing team. You will work with homeowners to assess needs and present equipment and service options, collaborating with service technicians to deliver the best solutions for home comfort.

No HVAC experience is required; we offer comprehensive training and expect travel to customer locations, with a strong emphasis on relationship building, closing deals, and earning top commissions.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record with a history of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Strong ability to build and maintain trusting customer relationships.
• Comfort using PC and technology sales tools to streamline processes.
• Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends to maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Interact with new, current, and previous customers to present home comfort solutions and close deals.
• Explain equipment and service options to homeowners to improve comfort and energy efficiency.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Coordinate with service technicians to present best options for customers’ homes.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
