Job summary

Southern Home Services is seeking a dynamic Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional to join our team. No prior HVAC, plumbing, or electrical experience is required as we provide training and industry knowledge to help you excel.

You will collaborate with service technicians to present the best equipment and options for homeowners, travel to customer locations, and work weekdays, evenings, and weekends to maximize sales opportunities.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Outstanding ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Proficient with PC and adept at using technology sales tools.
Willing and able to travel to customer locations for in-person meetings.
Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Interact with new, current, and previous customers with home comfort solutions to build a loyal customer base.
Communicate effectively during in-home discussions to help homeowners save on utilities and improve comfort and air quality.
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
Collaborate with service technicians to present and recommend equipment and service options.
Other duties as assigned.
